BridgeBio
Branding + Website
Client: BridgeBio
Overview
BridgeBio is a biopharmaceutical company delivering transformative medicines to treat patients. The company was looking for a brand refresh centered on a website redesign.
Challenge
Given the similarity and blandness of branding in the biopharmaceutical industry, BridgeBio sought to stand out with a patient-first brand identity.

Solution
We partnered with BridgeBio to refine their visual brand to reflect the company's rapid growth and revolutionary research model. We began with a comprehensive visual brand audit, assessing BridgeBio's current branding, as well as a mix of competitor and aspirational companies. Every element, from color and typography to logo treatment, photography, and iconography, was discussed during this in-person workshop. The audit revealed a striking repetition among competitors in the biomedical space.
Leveraging these findings, we recommended a new approach: putting patient photography at the forefront of the site to support the client's patient-first mission.
We added color overlays to patient photography to further drive engagement and paired them with layered type to add dimension. It was crucial to keep all other aspects of the site as clean as possible to avoid distracting from the complex information on the pages. Once the visual tone was set, we refreshed the logo to reflect the new brand direction. We then translated the vision into wireframes and developed the final site.
Results
BridgeBio's website redesign was rolled out, and the new branding was implemented across all touchpoints.
