Real Money Talk
Campaign + Social + Microsite
Client: Intuit Turbo (Outcast Client)
Overview
The #RealMoneyTalk campaign is a push driven by Intuit's new product, Turbo, to spark more authentic conversations about the struggles of debt and financial health, and to encourage people to take control of their financial health.
Challenge
To develop a creative campaign that would strike an authentic human tone and encourage people to speak openly and honestly about money.

Solution
To expand on the visual language of the first year of #RealMoneyTalk, we conducted a brand audit across the Intuit family of brands. We identified areas where we needed to stay true to Intuit's branding, but we also found opportunities to take a more playful approach to complement the authentically human tone that is the heart of the campaign. In doing so, we developed a new illustration and motion style that was brought to life across all touchpoints of the campaign.
We created a wide range of design elements, including a branded video series for YouTube, GIPHY stickers, animated stories, and stills for all of Turbo's social channels. We incorporated these brand elements into photography and brand videos featuring major names like Chrissy Metz and Aja Dang.

Results
The eight-week campaign was a success, garnering over 32 million video views, 86 million social impressions, and thousands of real-life stories shared.
The client was extremely excited and thrilled to continue the campaign for years to come.
My Role
As a designer on the team, I worked from start to finish to develop the brand identity by determining how to better align it with the parent brand. I also color-corrected photography, implemented brand elements into graphics, and designed all social touchpoints for the eight-week campaign.
